      About the Role:

      As a CBRE Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting simple to moderate standard financial analysis and ad hoc finance projects. This job is part of the Financial Planning and Analysis job function. They are responsible for the short and long-term financial planning and analysis of business operations.

      What You'll Do
      • Support the monthly and quarterly review of subsegment results including P&L, capital, KPIs, CAPEX and spending.
      • Assist with cost improvement and savings opportunities and collect data supporting commercial assessments.
      • Support the annual budget process.
      • Help with monthly and quarterly forecasting and strategic planning processes.
      • Produce routine and adhoc financial reports, packages and pro forma analyses.
      • Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines and use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
      • Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
      • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
      • Impact the quality of own work.

      • Exchange straightforward information, asks questions and check for understanding.

      What You'll Need:
      • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
      • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
      • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
      • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
      • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
      • Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.

      CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a

      candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the position is

      $90K per year and the maximum salary for the position is

      or $110K per year. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate

      will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also

      be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
