What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze competitive data, reimbursement trends, and pricing strategies to support pricing decisions
- Develop and maintain pricing and contract dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Market Access teams to align pricing insights with business objectives
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide insights into industry pricing trends
- Maintain a pricing database and tracker to monitor pricing initiatives and contract performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing analysis, financial modeling, or commercial operations, preferably in the medical device or MedTech industry
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pricing analytics and data visualization
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in cardiovascular or MedTech industries
- Familiarity with value-based pricing models and risk-sharing agreements
- Experience with contract compliance analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of pricing automation tools and AI-driven pricing optimization
- Experience with pricing system tools and making technical recommendations for process improvements
