What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage pricing and promotional strategies for Fiber and Value-Added Services
- Analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities and gaps in pricing and promotions
- Build business cases to quantify the financial impact of new pricing and promotions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing changes are communicated and implemented effectively
- Support the development of contract terms and internal pricing guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3-5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, offer management, or related commercial roles (telecom preferred)
- Strong analytical capabilities and proficiency in Excel-based modeling and financial concepts
- Ability to interpret complex data and synthesize actionable insights for stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building business cases and evaluating pricing impacts in a telecommunications environment
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools such as PowerBI or Looker
- Experience in working with sales and customer experience teams to optimize pricing strategies
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
