What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of home improvement programs within the employer's software platform
- Review and ensure accuracy of retail price and cost data from retailers and contractors
- Enter and maintain pricing and promotions within the enterprise software
- Proactively communicate promotions and maintain promotion calendars
- Investigate order discrepancies and assist the accounting department with software testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Medium to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including skills in managing large data sets
- Ability to take ownership of work and demonstrate initiative in resolving issues
- Strong motivation to learn about the company's systems and programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a pricing or purchasing analyst role within the home improvement or retail industry
- Familiarity with enterprise software systems
