What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain the Membership Life Cycle of Large Organized Customers using the Revenue Manager platform
- Create and manage membership affiliations and eligibility status for direct and indirect customers
- Process Master Data requests within SAP iShift according to business rules
- Resolve membership affiliation inquiries and discrepancies with account management teams
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance within membership files and processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong analytical thinking and Excel skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to adapt to changing environments with a change and growth mindset
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Model N and SAP iShift
- Background in Contracting, Membership, or Pricing
