- Partner with Global Account and vertical sales teams as a pricing subject-matter expert.
- Support sales and leadership by aligning pricing recommendations with broader business and account strategies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on pricing structures, profitability, and deal economics.
- Support pricing activities for contract renewals across Global Strategic Accounts (GSAs) and multi-site Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
- Analyze renewal pricing to ensure profitability standards are met or improved.
- Identify risks and opportunities within renewal pricing scenarios.
- Develop and support pricing recommendations for new business opportunities, including RFPs and RFQs.
- Assist in designing competitive and profitable pricing solutions based on customer, market, and cost considerations.
- Ensure pricing accuracy and compliance with internal pricing frameworks.
- Build and analyze business cases to evaluate short-term and long-term profitability of opportunities.
- Assess financial impacts and provide insights to support data-driven pricing decisions.
- Monitor margin performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the application of profitability standards for complex and strategic accounts.
- Assist in developing tools, guidelines, and best practices to promote consistent pricing discipline.
- Coach sales partners on pricing fundamentals and margin expectations.
- Provide pricing tools, analysis, and insights to help sales leaders and account teams meet profitability goals.
- Support pricing education and enablement efforts across the Global Account organization.
- Prepare pricing analytics and reporting to support customer Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Track pricing and margin performance, highlighting trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Knowledge of B2B pricing, preferably within services, integration, or solution-based environments
- Understanding of financial metrics, margin management, and deal economics
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and planning skills
- Ability to develop pricing models and financial analyses
- Proficiency in pricing tools, data analysis, and reporting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, finance, IT, and operations
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with strong business judgmeny
- Knowledge of B2B pricing in services and/or integration
- Strong teaming and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Computer Science required
- Master’s degree preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in pricing, sales operations, sales strategy, or related analytical roles
- Experience supporting sales teams in a B2B environment
- Prior experience leading projects or managing people preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate pricing concepts into practical business guidance

The Pricing Manager is responsible for supporting and executing pricing strategies for the Global Account organization, ensuring pricing consistency, profitability, and alignment with Convergint’s customer-centric strategy. This role serves as a key business partner to Global Account sales teams, collaborating closely with IT, sales enablement, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate, competitive, and sustainable pricing solutions.
The Pricing Manager plays an important role in translating pricing strategy into actionable solutions that balance customer needs with Convergint’s financial objectives. By leveraging data, customer insights, and business acumen, the role contributes to improved customer satisfaction, margin performance, and long-term account growth.
The Pricing Manager is expected to perform all duties in a manner consistent with Convergint’s Values and Beliefs.
Salary Range: 95,000-162,000/Annual
