What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate patient staffing and maintain scheduling records for Personal Care Attendants (PCAs)
- Conduct daily maintenance of the call in/out system for PCAs and ensure compliance
- Train PCAs on the call in/out system and the consumers' plan of care
- Perform supervisory visits and address any complaints or issues related to care
- Assist with recruiting and staffing needs to ensure adequate coverage for consumers
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-2 years of healthcare experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Valid state driver’s license and reliable vehicle for travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Demonstrated ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment
- Familiarity with office computer equipment and software
- Proven ability to manage stress and conflict in fast-paced situations
