      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage complex, medium to large-scale projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery aligned with client expectations
      - Own accountability for project outcomes, aligning work to client goals, and building trust-based client relationships
      - Oversee project financials, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded
      - Produce high-quality, client-facing deliverables while providing content review and feedback
      - Mentor junior project leads and foster inclusion and belonging within the team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active DoD Top Secret clearance
      - Bachelor’s degree
      - Eight (8) + years of experience in management consulting or another professional service or client-facing environment
      - Proven success in leading medium to large-scale, complex projects, including client relationship management
      - Exceptional communication skills, including strong business writing and verbal communication

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in change management, strategic planning, program management, and/or organizational design
      - PMP and/or Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci)
      - Experience with strategic communications
