What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver high-level presentations to audiences ranging from executives to system end users
- Serve as the platform subject matter expert throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Analyze client data and translate business processes into system configurations
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine project delivery methods for client outcomes
- Support and mentor new hires and associates in the implementation team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience working as part of a delivery team
- Domain expertise in private equity, investment banking, or related fields
- Experience with the DealCloud platform and SaaS implementations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving situations and take ownership of work
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in data migration and troubleshooting data quality issues
- Comfort with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions
- Experience writing Business Process documentation and client-facing documentation
- Proven ability to lead implementations and manage client relationships
