      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage highly complex accounts involving multiple solutions and stakeholders to ensure a strategic approach
      - Lead efforts to drive customer adoption and value realization from the employer's solutions
      - Develop and implement joint success plans with customers, aligning with their long-term business strategies
      - Monitor and report on key customer health metrics to proactively identify risks and opportunities
      - Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to customers, sharing industry best practices

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 7 years of experience in Customer Success or a related role managing complex customer accounts
      - Experience with pricing, quoting, rebate, or analytics solutions in a B2B environment
      - Strong understanding of commercial business processes such as quote to cash and dynamic pricing
      - Demonstrated proficiency with sales methodologies such as Challenger Sale or MEDDPICC
      - Experience managing large enterprise customer relationships with a global presence

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with SaaS software solutions and pricing or CPQ solutions
      - Experience managing accounts that span multiple geographies and business units
      - Strong ability to engage and build relationships with customer executives and decision-makers
