      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the rollout and adoption of the employer's enterprise-wide sales methodology, including ownership of the end-to-end coaching strategy
      - Translate sales methodology principles into actionable coaching frameworks, processes, and playbooks for various sales and success roles
      - Design, develop, and deliver enablement programs, content, and certifications that help managers embed the sales methodology into their coaching activities
      - Conduct business and performance gap analyses to inform ongoing enablement and methodology adoption
      - Define KPIs to measure the adoption and impact of sales methodology

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years in sales enablement and/or enterprise sales, preferably at a SaaS company
      - Proven success in implementing structured sales methodologies and developing associated enablement programs
      - Deep understanding of solution-based sales cycles and enterprise buying behaviors
      - Strong enablement skills in needs analysis, instructional design, facilitation, and program management
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with MEDDICC sales methodology
      - Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguity and achieve goals in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
