What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive financial accountability across business units by equipping managers with tools and education to understand financial impacts
- Prepare and analyze complex financial and operational reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Conduct expert-level financial modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning and investment decisions
- Analyze operating results and financial positions to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Audit and validate financial data and statements for accuracy and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or planning roles
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint
- Database management and Power BI experience
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
