What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Produce client-facing communication in coordination with the implementation project manager
- Build and manage implementation scope and effort estimates, collaborating on project plans
- Provide product guidance based on customer needs and create user workflow specifications
- Develop an understanding of the technical aspects of the Analytics suite and enhance deployments
- Facilitate the transition from the implementation phase to ongoing support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 11 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions within enterprise environments
- At least 6 years of experience working with FactSet's Analytics tools, specifically the reporting suite
- Deep understanding of how clients use FactSet Analytics and Reporting Solutions products
- Willingness to travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CFA, CIPM, CAPM, FRM, MBA, or other industry certifications
- Excellent technical background
- Extremely detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
- Enthusiastic with a keen sense of initiative and a desire to take ownership
