What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as Incident Commander/Coordinator for enterprise-wide Incident Response Plan activities
- Recommend enhancements based on after-action reporting and proactive threat hunts
- Collaborate with Information Security Architects, Engineers, and stakeholders on security initiatives
- Monitor security breaches and ensure incident and response management processes are initiated
- Communicate updates and recommendations to leadership across multiple business units
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science)
- 6 - 8 years of related experience or equivalent experience reflecting the level of this position
- Knowledge of tools, techniques, and processes used by threat actors
- Experience with endpoint protection and enterprise detection & response software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and security best practices
- Knowledge of network and infrastructure technologies including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive multiple projects to successful completion
