      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the development and execution of the customer experience (CX) marketing strategy and roadmap
      - Oversee member segmentation development, persona development, and journey mapping with cross-functional partners
      - Identify business opportunities and manage major initiatives through research and market trend analysis
      - Serve as the CX program owner, ensuring alignment of tactics and budgets with strategic objectives
      - Collaborate with market managers and the communications team to ensure effective program positioning and promotion

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
      - Eight years of experience in marketing
      - Proven experience managing external agency partner relationships and negotiating contracts
      - Advanced understanding of CX concepts and execution techniques
      - Strong project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and business teams

      - Experience managing and forecasting marketing budgets to meet yearly sales targets
      - Skilled at analyzing and transforming complex data into actionable insights
      - Ability to navigate uncertainty and synthesize information for informed decision-making
