What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define the strategic vision and roadmap for a highly automated Customer Service and Operations Platform
- Lead the discovery and implementation of process improvements and automation opportunities
- Drive the adoption of AI technologies and manage change within the organization
- Collaborate across teams to define, prioritize, and build foundational platform capabilities
- Monitor and create metrics focused on business outcomes to measure success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 8 years of product management experience, ideally with marketplace and customer service focus
- Experience in designing and implementing new customer service systems
- Proven track record of integrating systems with the Salesforce platform
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform innovative solutions
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills across functional areas

- Experience innovating on behalf of customers and understanding their needs
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in customer service environments
- Ability to communicate effectively and tell compelling stories using data analysis
