What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and drive a compelling multi-year product vision and strategy for Yelp Assistant
- Lead large, cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact experiences at scale
- Translate user needs and AI trends into prioritized product initiatives
- Develop new features that anticipate customer needs using Yelp's customer data
- Serve as a thought leader for Yelp Assistant, providing insights to executive leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Demonstrated experience in building and shipping 0-to-1 products on consumer-facing platforms
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align teams and executives
- Exceptional execution skills in high-stakes environments
- Passion for user experience supported by analytical rigor
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience in AI product development and understanding of the AI/ML lifecycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
- Adaptable mindset with a bias for action in fast-changing environments
