What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and develop audacious digital trends and disruptors for the supply chain industry
- Create thought leadership content, including written research, podcasts, and explainer videos
- Conduct interviews with customers and industry leaders to synthesize insights for content development
- Host, facilitate, and moderate virtual and conference events for knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with the customer engagement team to ensure continued service utilization and inform the research agenda
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-8+ years of experience in supply chain or as a consultant, industry analyst, or academic focused on supply chain, AI, or tech implementations
- Experience in public speaking, including presentations and debates
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent project management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in data analytics, industrial/energy sectors, or technical operations
- Familiarity with the Asia-Pacific (APAC) market
