What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, representing the employer's CA Solutions
- Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service the employer's CA Solutions' products and services
- Implement quarterly sales plans to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Maintain knowledge of product lines and provide ongoing field intelligence reports on market conditions
- Train and educate customers to expand market share and drive incremental business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 10 years of medical industry sales experience, including 8 years in the Cardiology hospital environment
- Proven experience selling physician preference products to electrophysiologists in the EP/Ablation market
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently to customer clinics and hospitals
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree
- Demonstrable success in previous sales roles indicating a high level of performance
- Familiarity with Cath Lab/OR environments
