What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead architectural design for AI actions, ensuring safe interactions with HubSpot's CRM and third-party platforms
- Conduct rapid experimentation with Generative AI to prototype and validate new capabilities
- Develop and ship production code, transitioning from prototypes to scalable systems
- Drive the strategy for ensuring reliability and trust in AI outputs, focusing on evaluation and data privacy
- Mentor and elevate the technical skills of engineering teams in AI-related technologies and methodologies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in building and scaling high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems
- Deep expertise in Generative AI, including LLM orchestration and production-grade RAG pipelines
- Strong background in creating autonomous systems that utilize AI for complex tasks
- Demonstrated ability to advocate for user-centered design in product development
- A proactive mindset with a focus on delivering working prototypes over extensive documentation
