What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop export authorization strategies for international marketing, sales, and procurement of defense articles
- Prepare and submit export/import license applications and manage authorizations
- Provide updates on export/import authorization status to leadership and program teams
- Facilitate approvals for exporting/importing controlled goods and services
- Conduct compliance assessments and deliver training on export regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
- Experience with ITAR and EAR regulations and export authorizations
- Familiarity with Global Trade tools and systems such as DECCS, SNAP-R, or SAP-GT
- Ability to maintain a responsive and collaborative online presence
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under time-sensitive conditions

- Relevant advanced degrees such as Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Business (MBA)
- Proven problem-solving skills to address business challenges proactively
