What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract, and acquire top talent
- Create targeted attraction and engagement strategies for active candidates
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit
- Manage candidate/requisition lifecycle in ATS with accuracy and timeliness
- Provide advice and guidance on recruitment process, policy, technology, and industry trends
- Drive the hiring process to meet aggressive KPIs
- Stay updated on recruitment market trends, tools, and technologies
- Participate in projects to improve the overall talent acquisition function
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of work experience
- 3+ years of business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or related experience (preferred)
- Full-cycle recruiting experience (preferred)
- Prior recruiting agency experience (preferred)
- HR and/or Legal recruiting experience (preferred)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong business acumen and understanding of HR best practices
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
- Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies
