What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consult with customers to configure ServiceNow integrations based on best practices
- Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party software platforms
- Develop and execute integration development plans and strategies
- Analyze and resolve errors, providing support for system architecture issues
- Ensure adherence to best practices in integration processes across the organization
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active Security Clearance Required
- Minimum of 8 years of configuration/development experience in integration technologies
- Proven ability to influence and consult in complex customer environments
- At least 2 ServiceNow mainline CIS certifications and ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Extensive experience with Integration Technologies (REST/SOAP, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ServiceNow’s Predictive/Task Intelligence and AI Search
- Strong Javascript skills and practical experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Familiarity with data management, database design, and database concepts
- Experience with Self Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
- Ability to mentor and develop talent within a team environment
