What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a strategic partner to senior Product leadership, providing insights on the talent market and compensation trends
- Conduct in-depth screenings to assess candidates for precision and quality of thought
- Lead intake meetings and calibration sessions to ensure alignment on required skills and mindsets
- Design and refine a structured interview process that accurately predicts candidate success
- Maintain integrity in all recruiting activities, including data management and offer generation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of progressive experience in technical recruiting, with a minimum of 3 years focused on Product Management or highly strategic technical roles
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruiting and developing complex sourcing strategies
- Experience assessing candidates for conceptual thought processes, including first principles reasoning
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Director-level and VP-level leaders
- A meticulous approach to work, emphasizing precision, quality control, and data integrity
