What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end executive-caliber recruiting for critical senior roles within the Platform group
- Serve as a trusted talent advisor to leadership, shaping competency frameworks and hiring strategies
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies to engage top-tier passive candidates and build talent maps
- Evaluate candidates for technical depth and leadership capabilities, aligning with the company's mission
- Mentor and guide a team of Sourcers and Channel Specialists to enhance pipeline quality and efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, focusing on senior engineering, design, and product leadership roles
- Proven success in hiring for Senior Staff+/Principal ICs and Director-level positions in complex environments
- Experience collaborating with Directors and VPs to define talent strategies and build competency frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead Sourcers to improve hiring outcomes for high-priority roles
- Strong sourcing and research skills for senior talent, including market mapping and community-based strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Interest in or experience with blockchain, crypto, Web3, fintech, or distributed systems
- Proven ability to articulate the company's value proposition to senior technical talent
- Experience in complex offer negotiation and understanding of executive compensation mechanics
