      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Centrally coordinate, obtain, review, and track prior authorizations for medications and durable medical equipment
      - Collaborate with Cox Medical Group clinics to complete prior authorizations according to insurer requirements
      - Provide strong customer service while interacting with various staff members
      - Maintain timely completion of prior authorizations through effective time management
      - Promote the mission and values of the employer in all interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or Equivalent
      - Graduated from a formal Medical Assistant training program that included pharmacology, anatomy/physiology, and a clinical externship
      - At least two years of experience as a Medical Assistant
      - Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
      - Proficiency in using computers, including all Microsoft programs

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in work involving direct contact with people
      - Experience in an ambulatory clinic setting
