      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform prior authorizations and appeals for oral oncology and supportive medications
      - Manage high inbound call volume using a Webex telephone system
      - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
      - Assist in various projects and additional duties as assigned
      - Maintain knowledge of relevant regulations and departmental procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school education or GED required
      - Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a healthcare field, retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy
      - Experience in completing prior authorization forms and familiarity with oncology preferred
      - Valid Florida Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT) license preferred
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual, fluent Spanish communicator
      - Experience in oncology or specialty pharmacy settings
      - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
      - Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
      - Previous customer service experience in a healthcare environment
