      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Facilitate the processing of authorizations, certifications, and referrals for payer reimbursement
      - Utilize resources to check patient insurance benefits and eligibility to inform patients of their financial liabilities
      - Work independently while managing multiple tasks and prioritizing changing needs
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure a high standard of customer service and organizational efficiency
      - Maintain knowledge of medical terminology and commercial insurance carriers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, administrative, or healthcare setting
      - Knowledge and understanding of medical terminology and commercial insurance carriers
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

      - Advanced education (Associate or Bachelor's degree)
