What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review new accounts for legitimacy and collaborate with the Sales team to identify fraudulent accounts
- Request and review sensitive materials for authenticity as needed
- Communicate clearly and effectively via email and phone with customers needing assistance with their Stripe accounts
- Review refund requests for legitimacy and execute when appropriate
- Perform Account Owner changes when self-service options are unavailable
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent research skills to investigate suspicious activity thoroughly
- Effective communication skills, including attentive listening and audience adaptation
- Ability to collaborate and work cooperatively with others
- Strong interpersonal skills for relating openly with diverse groups of people
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in fraud prevention within the banking or payments processing industry
