What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify opportunities and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of privacy operations
- Orchestrate and track key privacy program objectives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
- Utilize data analytics to monitor and report on key performance indicators for privacy programs
- Adapt to and contribute to diverse privacy operational needs across various projects
- Develop and maintain crucial privacy notices and communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage project objectives
- Proficiency in data analysis and tracking key performance indicators
- Strong understanding of fundamental privacy principles and practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Direct experience in privacy operations within a large, global organization
- Familiarity with privacy management software or tools
- Professional privacy certifications, such as CIPP or CIPM
- Experience in a role requiring significant versatility and adaptability to changing priorities
- A proactive and analytical approach focused on continuous improvement
