- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain the Agency Privacy Tracking System and related SharePoint Online sites using Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate.
- Build and modify Power Automate workflows supporting privacy tracking, notifications, approvals, and compliance processes.
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical and operational support to system users, resolving workflow, reporting, and access issues.
- Coordinate closely with Agency SharePoint Online Administrators to establish and manage development and production environments.
- Ensure privacy tracking systems support audit, reporting, and compliance needs of Agency privacy and oversight teams.
- Develop SharePoint-based reports using list views and metadata for operational tracking.
- Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for privacy metrics, workload status, trends, and audit support.
- Ensure data accuracy, role-based visibility, and reporting consistency across stakeholders.
- Optimize reporting performance while maintaining compliance with Agency level data governance requirements.
- Manage SharePoint permissions and group membership, including adding or removing users and ensuring correct role assignments.
- Work with Agency IT Helpdesk and SharePoint Administrators to request changes to SharePoint roles and permissions when required.
- Enforce strict separation between development and production environments.
- Ensure all workflow and system changes follow approved change management practices.
- Maintain a dedicated Development environment that mirrors production designs and workflows without copying data or permissions.
- Prohibit direct code or workflow changes in Production without prior development, testing, and validation.
- Validate all workflow changes in Development before deploying to Production to prevent user disruption.
- Transfer ownership of all Power Automate workflows prior to offboarding or role transition to ensure continuity of operations.
- Maintain clear, current documentation of all systems, workflows, designs, and operational procedures.
- Produce regular task status reports detailing task descriptions, current status, and remaining work.
- Support monthly reporting requirements, including December transition reporting and final handoff documentation.
- Ensure no outstanding tasks are carried forward without clear ownership or documentation.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Environment
- Advanced Power Automate development experience.
- Strong Power BI development skills for reporting and dashboards.
- Working knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Experience supporting production systems with strict availability and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with privacy tracking, compliance workflows, and audit support in federal environments.
- Ability to translate privacy process requirements into automated workflows and reports.
- Experience supporting privacy, compliance, or governance teams preferred.

Role Summary
The Privacy Systems Analyst and Power BI Developer is responsible for the design, development, operation, and continuous improvement of the Agency Privacy Tracking System and related Microsoft 365 solutions. This role combines hands-on Power Platform engineering with privacy operations support, reporting, workflow automation, and strict change control in a federal environment. The position ensures privacy tracking, reporting accuracy, audit readiness, and uninterrupted system operations across development and production environments.
