What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Establish and maintain relationships with major US Dental Service Organizations and private equity groups
- Navigate complex M&A components and ensure data integrity in financial reporting
- Secure deals across targeted sub-verticals while participating in global collaboration
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Over 5 years of experience in finance, investment banking, or equity sales
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance or a related field
- Strong negotiation skills and proficiency in US dental M&A deal structures
- Deep understanding of the criteria for major US dental groups
- Proficiency in CRM management and digital tools
