What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide personalized virtual nutrition coaching to high-level executives to support sustainable performance
- Utilize the employer's app to communicate with clients, deliver coaching sessions, and document progress
- Develop individualized, science-based nutrition plans tailored to optimize both biological and psychological aspects for competitive advantage
- Support executives participating in 6-12 week coaching cohorts, ensuring adherence to program goals
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and feedback, analyzing data for behavior change
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Registered dietitian with a bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition
- Proven experience in nutrition counseling, motivational interviewing, and behavior change techniques
- Strong technical skills with virtual communication platforms and apps for client interaction
- Excellent presentation and coaching skills, particularly with high-level clientele
- Ability to work independently, stay organized, and adapt to changing needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience working with corporate clients or executives in a coaching capacity
- Master's degree in exercise physiology or nutrition
- Advanced nutrition certifications (CDE, CSSD, CSOWM)
- Industry certifications (NSCA-CSCS or NASM)
