What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of Pro Account Representatives to drive sales and profitability growth for Managed Accounts
- Conduct weekly sales updates and monthly/quarterly business reviews to ensure portfolio execution
- Develop strategies to win across all Pro customer segments and Home Depot departments
- Coach and train team members through customer visits and effective use of Salesforce.com
- Build strong relationships with Pro customers to understand and fulfill their needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- 3+ years of previous leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a related field of study
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- 4 years of account management or sales management experience
- 4+ years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
