What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of Outside Sales Representatives to drive sales and profitability growth
- Conduct regular sales updates and business reviews to ensure portfolio execution
- Develop and implement strategies to win across all Pro customer segments
- Build strong relationships with professional customers to fulfill their needs
- Coach and train team members on sales processes and best practices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of previous leadership experience
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- 4 years of account management or sales management experience
- 4 plus years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Successful professional growth in a high-paced retail environment
