What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales of special-order units across various business segments, including Retail Pro Sales and Install Services
- Travel over 50% of the time for customer meetings and job site visits
- Strategically plan sales activities and report using CRM and Call Reporting applications
- Engage with customers through order management, quotes, and after-sale service
- Provide training on window products and industry trends to enhance team knowledge
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in the retail or building products industry
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Basic mathematical skills for processing sales transactions and calculating measurements

- Experience in retail or building products sales
- Familiarity with computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software
