What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of Pro Account Representatives to drive sales and profitability growth through Managed Accounts
- Conduct regular sales updates and business reviews to track performance and implement best practices
- Coach and train team members on sales techniques and processes using Salesforce.com
- Develop strategies to enhance competitive advantage in the professional customer market
- Build strong relationships with Pro customers to understand and fulfill their needs effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 3 years of previous leadership experience
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a relevant field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field of study
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- 4 years of account management or sales management experience
- Experience in the home improvement or home building industry
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Successful track record of professional growth in a fast-paced retail environment
