What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales of special-order units across various business segments
- Travel 50%+ for customer meetings and on-site job inspections
- Strategically plan sales activities and report using CRM tools
- Engage with customers by managing orders and providing excellent after-sale service
- Train and provide product knowledge on window products and industry trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in the retail or building products industry
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) software
- Basic mathematical skills for processing sales transactions
- Ability to collaborate with colleagues and share insights effectively
- Prior experience in the building products industry
