What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coach a team of Outside Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and improve performance
- Drive compelling performance in terms of growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through Managed Accounts
- Develop strategies to win across all professional customer segments and Home Depot departments
- Conduct weekly sales updates and monthly/quarterly business reviews to assess progress and adjust strategies
- Build strong relationships with Pro customers to understand and fulfill their needs effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of previous leadership experience
- Must be eighteen years of age or older and legally permitted to work in the United States
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a related field
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field of study
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4 years of account management or sales management experience
- 4+ years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven negotiation skills and ability to resolve customer complaints
