      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive trade sales growth in the Southern States, focusing on Texas and Florida, by setting and exceeding sales targets

      - Implement effective strategies to acquire new clients and nurture repeat business with existing accounts
      - Collaborate with various teams to ensure a seamless omni-channel customer experience
      - Introduce new collections to trade clients, creating impactful launch events

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in trade sales with a strong network of contacts in the interior design market
      - Demonstrated ability to convert leads into long-term clients and increase sales through relationship-based strategies
      - Strong understanding of high-end design and materials to advise clients effectively
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and build something from the ground up
      - Highly organized, results-driven, and passionate about interior design
