      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive special order sales to increase market share in various business segments
      - Travel 50%+ for customer meetings and job site visits
      - Strategically plan weekly schedules and report sales activity using CRM tools
      - Engage with customers by reading blueprints, creating quotes, and managing orders
      - Provide training on products and industry trends, ensuring up-to-date knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years of proven direct sales experience, preferably in retail or building products
      - Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping customers
      - Basic mathematical skills for processing sales transactions and calculations
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
