      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive compelling Pro performance in terms of growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction
      - Provide direction and guidance to the Outside Sales team on all aspects of regional professional sales
      - Develop strategies to win across all Pro customer segments and Home Depot departments
      - Build strong relationships and a deep understanding of Pro customer needs
      - Conduct weekly sales updates and monthly and quarterly business reviews

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be eighteen years of age or older
      - Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
      - 3+ years of previous leadership experience
      - Minimum of 5 years of work experience
      - Completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent in a related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
      - 4 years of account management/sales management experience
      - 4+ years of experience in the home improvement or home building industry
      - Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
      - Successful professional growth in a high-paced retail environment
