- Own the identification and resolution of recurring issues to improve platform performance and reliability.
- Lead all aspects of the analysis of problem trends and root causes to prevent future incidents.
- Provide expertise in Facets Utilization Management to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Manage Facets Claims processes to ensure accurate and timely claims' processing.
- Apply knowledge of Facets Capitation to manage provider payments and contracts.
- Configure Facets Benefit plans to meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve processes.
- Build and maintain documentation for problem management processes and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for improvements while ensuring industry standards are achieved.
- Communicate effectively with collaborators to provide updates on problem resolution.
- Coordinate trainings and provide mentorship to junior team members on problem management techniques.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of problem management practices.
- A proven track record of 9 or more years in Facets Utilization Coordination, Claims Capitation and Benefit Configuration.
- Top-tier experience in the Payer domain.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in documenting workflows and standard operating procedures
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills.
- ITIL Foundation Certification Facets Configuration Certification is an added bonus
As a Problem Manager, you will make an impact by improving the efficiency and accuracy of claims processing, benefits management, and utilization within our healthcare payer systems. By proactively identifying and addressing multifaceted issues, you will ensure that operational challenges are resolved swiftly, minimizing disruptions and optimizing system performance. Your contributions will help build a more reliable and scalable healthcare environment, ensuring both operational success and improved member experience. You will be a valued member of our Healthcare Services Practice and work collaboratively with our Principal Product Consultant.

Working arrangements

Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Halifax, NS.
