      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Administer and maintain departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and accuracy
      - Develop and manage training materials for Utilization Management (UM) & Quality operations
      - Oversee policy management systems and ensure accessibility of current documents
      - Support operational quality initiatives and assist in monitoring compliance of department processes
      - Collaborate with IT and business users on system-related projects and UAT training documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in process administration, training development, or quality/operations support in a healthcare or regulated environment
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
      - Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
      - Experience with policy/document management systems and SharePoint administration

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - PMP or other project management credential
      - Familiarity with Utilization Management, Clinical Quality, or healthcare operations
      - Experience supporting audits, compliance programs, or accreditation processes
      - Knowledge of UAT processes, system implementation, or change management best practices
