- Analyze current-state processes and design future-state improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Conduct process mapping, value stream mapping, and workflow analysis
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements; prepare BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
- Identify automation opportunities using RPA, AI, and intelligent automation tools
- Support UAT planning, testing, and deployment of new solutions
- Develop dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and process health metrics
- Present transformation roadmaps and recommendations to senior leadership
- Facilitate change management activities and stakeholder communications
- Process Excellence: Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt / Black Belt preferred), Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis, Continuous Improvement
- Business Analysis: Requirements Gathering, BRD Development, User Story Creation, Gap Analysis, Stakeholder Management
- Analytics & Tools: Advanced Excel, Power BI / Tableau, SQL, Visio / Lucidchart, JIRA / Confluence, Power Platform
- Automation: RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism), Workflow Automation, AI / Generative AI, Process Mining (Celonis preferred)
- MBA or advanced degree
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking Operations, Payments, Capital Markets, or Shared Services
- Celonis Process Mining expertise
