      Overview

      The Process Excellence Manager will perform the following tasks:

      • Project Management
      • Project Mentorship from initiation to completion
      • Digital CX awareness, pitch digital tools to stakeholders
      • Perform any other tasks related to embedding Six Sigma in operations
      • Attend business reviews
      • Present KPIs to stakeholders
      • Present financials, ROI
      • Any other tasks that may be assigned that are relevant to Process Excellence, Technology, and Analytics

      Qualifications

      • Specialization in any of our TP Verticals
      • Six Sigma competency
      • Project management competency
      • Any academic background
      • Certifications in Six Sigma, Agile, Project Management will be an added advantage
      • Excellent Communication Skills
      • Able to Multi-Task
      • Years of experience in the BPO industry with significant experience in continuous improvement, operations management, and stakeholder management
