Global Mobility Process Lead
At TechnipFMC, we deliver critical projects of a scale, scope and difficulty that you simply won’t find anywhere else. We are looking for a Global Mobility Process Lead who can join our multicultural team based in Noida.
Assignment Planning and Management: Coordinate and manage the entire lifecycle of international assignments, including pre-assignment planning, assignment duration, and post-assignment repatriation by providing necessary contracts and assignment documentation.
Immigration and Visa Compliance: Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in the host country and assist employees with obtaining necessary visas and work permits.
Relocation Assistance: Provide support and guidance to employees and their families regarding housing, schooling, healthcare, and other essential services in the host country.
Compensation and Benefits: Collaborate with HR and payroll departments to execute and manage compensation packages for expatriates, taking into account tax implications and cost-of-living adjustments.
Tax and Legal Compliance: Ensure that both the company and the employee are in compliance with tax laws in the home and host countries, and assist with tax equalization and tax protection policies.
Mobility Policy Development: Contribute to the development and revision of the company's global mobility policies to align with business objectives and industry best practices.
Vendor Management: Liaise with external service providers, such as relocation agencies and immigration consultants, to secure necessary services for the international assignments.
Repatriation Support: Assist employees with a smooth transition back to their home country at the end of their assignment and reintegration into the home office.
Data and Reporting: Ensure to maintain accurate records and generate reports related to global mobility activities, assignment costs and assignment SLA’s
Communication and Support: Act as a point of contact for employees on assignment, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise during their international posting
• A Bachelor degree or Master’s degree in an HR or Business related field preferred
• 5 to 10 years’ experience as Global Mobility Specialist with focus on SLAs in MNCs
• Strong working knowledge of International assignment life cycle
• Prior experience of developing mobility processes/policies
• Ability to multi task, influence and manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office Applications
• Strong analytical and decision making skills
• Pro-active attitude, Excellent interpersonal skills, Team player
• Effective verbal, listening and written communications skills
