      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assign processing work to team members based on received information from internal stakeholders
      - Respond to inquiries from processors and escalate requests as needed
      - Conduct quality assurance on Human-In-The-Loop (HITL) processes to ensure data accuracy
      - Maintain and enhance HITL accuracy metrics and reporting for stakeholders
      - Collaborate with the Processing Team to relay updates and troubleshoot operational issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience in data operations, quality assurance, HITL workflows, or related roles
      - Familiarity with customer service ticketing systems such as Monday.com, Pylon, or Jira
      - Understanding of operational metrics, performance tracking, and reporting
      - Previous experience working in a cross-functional operations or data-focused team
      - Highly detail-oriented, organized, and reliable

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Google Sheets, SQL, or BI tools like Looker or Omni
      - Background in a startup or fast-paced environment
      - Strong communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams
