What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute the end-to-end procurement process, emphasizing research and analysis of procurement-related data
- Conduct spend analysis to identify opportunities and communicate actionable insights
- Develop RFP events, ensuring clear product and service requirements and bidder engagement
- Document contracts with clear requirements and performance standards to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with finance teams to align procurement activities with budgetary constraints
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance, or Business
- Minimum of 2 years of procurement experience, including market research, RFPs, analysis, and negotiation
- Intermediate/Advanced MS Excel skills, including formulas and interpreting complex datasets
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Knowledge of contracts, key clauses, and business terms versus risk and legal considerations

- Advanced degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Workday or similar systems
- Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to challenge assumptions
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results proactively
