      Overview The purpose of this job is to Lead Packaging agenda across PepsiCo Pakistan Beverage & Food Operating Companies and Co-Manufacturing Sites. To improve business profitability and support market growth, it includes development and implementation of purchasing strategies for Packaging category to ensure a sustainable competitive advantage through: (1) Defining and executing category strategies: Risk Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Innovation and Productivity (2) Measuring and Improving Performance (3) Achieving Annual Plans and Delivering Productivity (4) Ensuring supplier compliance to PepsiCo Processes (CoC, SSP, TPDD, GISR) Responsibilities Sourcing Lead strategic procurement initiatives for Packaging in Pakistan, working to develop and implement Packaging strategies which are appropriate for the region Govern the development of Category related sourcing contracts and agreements, lead negotiations and conduct developments with key suppliers Define sourcing strategies based on changing market conditions and provide input during strategic sourcing activities, including internal and external analysis and negotiations Implement sourcing recommendations, ensure compliance is monitored, and benefits tracked in line with the procurement policies & practices Risk Management, Control & Compliance Evaluate strategic partnerships and develop ability to obtain and implement commodity forward coverage for P&L risk management and sustainable deals at local market level for all Packaging. Identify High risk Suppliers, develop and qualify a business continuity plan to ensure supply security. Ensure Full Compliance to GP & PAKISTAN Control Policy Document and implement P2P process with updated key controls. Productivity & OCF Define and achieve PAKISTAN Packaging’ annual and long-term strategic sourcing inflation, productivity & OCF targets Lead the development and execution of productivity pipeline for PAKISTAN Packaging Lift and shift/adapt ideas from other countries/regions Lead all Wave Bidding & Productivity Projects for PAKISTAN Packaging Manage PAKISTAN Packaging cash flow / payable terms extension process Sustainability – Environmental, Human & Business Continuity Ensure delivery of PepsiCo’s 2021 - 2025 sustainability goals Ensure SCOC Trainings & high-risk site audits are complete and BCP’s are developed for PAKISTAN Packaging suppliers Financial Reporting Lead PAKISTAN Packaging commodity guidance prices for PSP & AOP, forecast prices for FP&A submission according to global & Sector timeline requirements People Work closely with PAKISTAN MSO, Sector & Global COE leads Collaborate with PAKISTAN MSO and other COE teams and cross functional stakeholders to deliver against key business objectives Build Procurement function credibility with the business stakeholders; represent Procurement function internally (peer level) and externally (suppliers) Qualifications Preferred CIPSA or CPIM supply chain qualification highly desirable Graduate/Masters Degree in Engineering or Business Proven influencing skills to positively impact complex negotiations Excellent balance of analytical & negotiation skills Contract writing / risk analysis / liabilities and indemnities / SLA’s / and general commercial terms Sound understanding of SAP and P2P Governance and Controls Minimum 5 years+ experience in Procurement or Category Management position Proven technical procurement category knowledge of to ensure the continued adoption and use of best practice approaches
